Can you help. My dog Blue - has a small bald patch on his front right thigh. There are a couple of small areas around also balding and there is a little sore in the middle of the bald patch. He has been to the vets due to having a rash on his chest and "armpits". The rash has cleared up as the vet prescribed antibiotics and I have used some diluted savalon. However the bald patch is growing and doesn't look anything like the previous rash. Any ideas???

You do not say how old Blue is, or if he is scratching. It does need a detailed examination, taking these factors, with others, into considewration befiore reaching a diagnosis.
