I have had two dwarf hamsters for about a month now, i have noticed that one seems to drink a great deal more than the other. They both look and act very healthy. Is this just one of those things or should i be doing something to help him out? I've read up on diabeties for hamsters and the only symptom similar is the drinking, so im hoping its not that. any ideas?

Sorry, Kat, but I cannot help much with this. All animals fed on dry food do need water ad-lib, and in the absence of any other signs I would not worry. Even if it were to be diabetes (which I doubt) it would be inpracticable to give him a daily injection of insulin!
