Hello. I do out reach volunteer service for homeless and street dogs and cats in Jamaica. Most are starving and are suffering. I can't catch them to spay.I heard of a pill- Progesterex that is an instant sterilizer.if it is, what is the dosage for a dog?I know this is probably a hoax but I am desperate.

I am not familiar with this product. but there is an injection with a similar name given at 4 to 6 month intervals, which stops a bitch coming into season, but I do not think that it would be practical for feral dogs and cats.
