My two year old labrador is vomiting every morning at 4am. Regular as clockwork for 4 or 5 days now. She doesn't bring anything up but bile and if I wake up when she first begins to pant and call her to lie at the side of my bed she doesn't go through it and just goes back to sleep!
Is she doing this to get the attention, do you think? Or might there be something else going on?

I think that there may well be 'something else going on', such as something which she has eaten which she should not have done, and is lying in here stomach - anything from a golf ball to a panty-girdle ! I have removed both from labrador's tums - they will eat ANYTHING!
A job for your vet, I am afraid.
