My cat has a black mark/lump on his bottom lip. It's slightly swollen and looks sore. However it doesn't seem to be bothering him at all. It's been there a few days but hasn't gotten any bigger, but also hasn't gone away. Wondering if it could be a mouth ulcer or something, or maybe a burn/cut??
