My dog has been licking and nibbling at his groin are for the past 2-3 days. There does appear to be some small raised bumps beneath the fur. I must admit that I have lapsed with his flea prevention, although he has been recently wormed. Could this be a flea problem? Or maybe a reaction to something else? I have also washed his bedding in the last week.
Otherwise he is fine, appetite is normal and he is as playful as usual. I would appreciate any help!
