My cat was throwing up yellow sick and had yellow diarrhea yesterday- she didn't make it in time to the cat litter each time.
Today she was sleeping and then out of no where she seemed to see something i couldn't and moved her head quickly from side to side. Her eyes were huge. She walked around like she was drunk and was stumbling and moving to the side. This lasted for 5 minutes and she's back to normal now.

I don't like the sound of this at all. She's only back to normal if she's eating and drinking normally and is no longer having the bowel upset. If she's having any of these symptoms still she should see a vet.
