He is a little over 1 year old and is a siamese blue point ( grey in color) He poops once to twice a day.. I give him dry cat food good quality brand. I tried different brands and same result.. Is this normal ?

You haven't said if he's a healthy happy cat otherwise apart from pooping more frequently. Once a day is certainly normal if you are saying he goes more often than that then it depends if the stool is firm. If its firm and he's happy and also doesn't poop anywhere you dont want him to I would not be worried. On the other hand if there are issues with loose stool or problems with his appetite or weight loss then that's worrying and should be checked by a vet.
