Hello, my cat is a one and 3 month old persian. she is acting really weird lately... she just came out of heat and she is really a person cat loves to be around people. she wont come around them i had to get her off the shelf to even move around the house her eyes are really watery and her nose is really runny. she has her mouth open constatnly and cant meow.

You need to take her to your local vet for a full check-up asap to try to determine what the problem might be. She may have cat flu or it may be something more serious, either way she probably needs treatment, but definitely needs to be seen by a vet. Additionally, no cat should ever have their mouths open constantly.
