hi there, we have had vinnie a year in march just gone we got him from the rspca at 10 months old he had lots of behaviour problems but with lots of training and love we got him out of most of them or so we thought, he has started to take no notice of us on a walk when we call him back and he seems to fancy our female mia again although he has not had (them!!) for well over a year, please can anyone help thanks bev

I take it from you reference to Vinnie 'not having them for over a year' that he has been castrated!
Go back to the rSPCA, tell them the problem, and ask for a referral to an animal behaviourist.
