Hi there, my kitten has a condition that I believe is called 'fever coat'. I found him on the side of the road when he was one day old and adopted him. He was grey when I found him and he is now turning black (10 weeks old now). According to a few pet forums fever coat comes about when the mother suffers stress or illness while pregnant. However I haven't been able to find any reputable information about fever coat. Are you able to provide any information? Thank you.
