hi i have a three year old german shephard. I decided to let her have a litter. she got tied on the 10th of june and again a few days later. she is now off her food and has been sick a couple of time's she also seems to have put on a little weight or would it be to soon for her to gain weight if she was pregnant? or normal any advise would be welcome thanks nikki
If you are able to take her temperature, do so. If it is elevated she may have an infection of the uterus - it sometimes does happen after mating. In any case, if you have any doubts, get her checked by a vet.
