My daughter got a dwarf hamster about 7 months ago. She recently had been drinking a lot of water and is now biting when we try to pick her up, which is unusual. She is still eating and is active, but is drinking a lot of water. What should we do?

Drinking a lot of water can be a sign of lots of different problems so it is probably worth getting here looked at. The biting may be her way of telling you she is unwell.
