i am in my second year at school, and i dont think im soo clever but I REALLY WANT TO BE A VET could i still be a vet if i got C's and would it matter if i took a foundation paper? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry, but to be realistic I do not think that have a chance of getting into a university veterinary school with A levels at C grades. The entry requirements are very high because of the pressure of applicants for the spaces available.
Have you thought of veterinary nursing? You could get details from the RCVS (www.rcvs.org.uk)
