Hello, im in year 9 and am about to choose my GCSE's. I've set myself on becoming a veterinary surgeon, i've loved animals most of my life so it seems perfect. I've read all the other comments but i'de like to clarify, i would need 'A' or 'A*' in Chem, Biology and (maths OR phisics) i would take maths as im rubbish at phisics ! smiling smiley
Then what exacly would i need to do if i got those grades, which collages or unis would i have to attend, then what,
Much appreciated,
Jodie smiling smiley smiling smiley

Hi, Jodie,

You say that you are rubbish at 'phisics'. You are not very hot on spelling, either!
To stand a reasonable chance of being accepted at vet school you need Chemistry, Biology and Physics at A or A* grade.
The universities in the UK with veterinary schools are: London, Bristol, Cambridge, Nottingham, Liverpool, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
