Do you know what the law states regarding veterinary staff members being involved in chemotherapy. Do you have the right to not be involved if you so wish?

I cannot quote the relevant law, but I would expect that a qualified VN working under the supervision ( i.e. the level between 'under the direction of'' and 'under the direct and continuous supervision of'' a veterinary surgeon.
The right people to ask are at the RCVS, of course.
