college training vs practice trained

college training vs practice trained

Does it vary greatly on the type of experience vets like vet nurses to have? What would you prefer to have, a college eduvated vet nurse, or one who learned 'on the job'?

Hi,
I do not think it makes much difference - they all have to pass the same exams set by the RCVS.
