As I am to graduate within a few month time, I would be interested what a recently graduated assistant does approximately earn in Great Britain.

In Germany the salary ranges between 1000-2000€/month (gross) depending on location/large/small animal etc. for a full time job. If you're lucky, a car is included (in large animal practices).
There are also many lower paid jobs within the small animal practice (internship, etc.) since there are so many people applying for the job...

Just an approximate Information would be great!
