Hay. I have to submit my a-levels choices next week and im really stuck!!

I am serious about becoming a vet. I’ve done over 300 hrs of work experience with a practice and I am planning to keep his up, work with horses, have an appointment to go to an abattoir and zoo, I’ve also have practically spent all my weekends working on my grandmothers farm since I was born!!

I’m definitely doing chemistry and biology, but don’t know what else to do!
I’m stuck between maths, geography and Irish for 2 places!!(I’m doing 4 a-levels)
I was considering doing 5 but was advised against it since I do piles of sport at a high level!!

I’m expected to get all a 's and a*'s at my 10 GCSE's!!

Any help would help!!
Thanks!!

Hi, Hannah,

You will have to do Physics in the first year of the vet course, wherever you go, so it would be useful to have an A level in this subject. If your school curriculum does not allow it, maths would be nest best, I think.

Good luck!
