currently I am a vet student in Italy, will graduate soon.
I am considering coming to the UK after graduation in order to wark as a vet and hopefully obtain in the future a RCVS certificate.

What are my chances as a vet in the begining of his way (hence, little experience), non UK graduate, to find a job ? (obviously after registration at the rcvs).

What is the best way, in the UK, to get some working experience in the veterinary field? In Italy, for example, most graduates volunteer in a vet clinic for approximately 2 years.... Is it common also in the UK ?

It is not common to volunteer once graduated!
If you want to get a job in the UK, it is advisable to read the "Veterinary Times" and "Vet Record" in addition to looking for jobs on VetClick. Also try to get experience in UK practices to demonstrate that you understand the culture of practice over here.
