i really whant to become a vet but i think i have no chance
do you have to have A-levels and GCSE's or just GCSE's

and which subjects do i need to take

im really worried that i won't be able to get into uni and even if i do im worried i wont be able to afford it

HELP PLEASE !!

Hi, Jade,

To be even considered for a place at a University Veterinary School you will need 8 -10 good GCSEs, and A or A* at A in Chmeistry, Biology and Physics or Maths.
If you do not think that you have a good chance of achieving those you should put all idea of becoming a vet out of your mind now, so as to avoid more disappointment later on.
The cost of the veterinary course is considerable, and vet students have to work - usually unpaid - in vacations getting experience.
