My brother is a GP in the Channel Islands (where you have to pay to be seen by a DR) and is looking at new ways of promoting his Practice. He's looking into social media and internet marketing. Possibly also giving away audio tips and advice. He thinks this well help build up his customer/patient list

I'm just wondering if any vet practices are doing something similar, especially where there is alot of competition.
