Our budgie is 9 years old. She is shivering so I turned up the heat, but she is still ruffled. She is still eating but I'm not sure how much. I hand feed her. She hasn't whistled in days. She is holding up one leg now for three days but has not been out of the cage recently. She climbs down on the bottom of the cage and has been sleeping so I put a blanket on the floor. She doesn't look well. It doesn't look like a respiratory problem. Any more suggestions?

You are doing sll the right things, especially getting the temperature in the cage well up, but 9 is a good age for a budgerigar and you must be prepared to have to lose her.
