Our dog ate a 500mg tablet of naproxen three days ago. He has been okay but today seems a bit lethargic he has eaten breakfast, passed a stool that was slightly darker than normal but consistency and quantity the same. I looked into it on line this am as he takes metacam each day and I hadn't realised How toxic this drug is to dogs. Do I need an emergency vet!
