I had a go at viewing your photo, not terribly clear picture but I would say relates to the third eyelid. Its always advisable to get an eye problem checked by a vet. As I say to clients, eyes are very delicate structures and there's only 2 of them.

My cat has 2 kind of triangular "tags" of something in the bottom inside corner of her eye. They protrude from the bottom by around 2-3mm, they are kind of a grey/white colour and seem solid rather than gunk or anything on those lines although she does get gunk in that eye. I don't know your rules on photographs but here is the BB code for and image where you can see the main one. Possibly torn third eyelid?
