Kitten balding on head!

Please help, I have a 9 week old kitten who has been losing hair on both sides of her head between her eyes & ears. Skin is showing below and doesnt look red, scratched and no sign of fleas. Is this normal?? Spoke to vet who saw her 1 werk earlier who said it is just normal hair loss but she hasnt seen the hair loss (started the day after we saw vet) and just doesnt seem right to me that it is still progressing after a week :(
She is her usual mental, happy self, eating and drinking & up to date with worming treatments.
I have photos if anyone is interested in taking a look & giving a view.
Thank you so much in advance.

I would take her back to the vet for another check up on the symptoms if it continues. Are you getting her vaccinated?, you vet would check her over at that time.
