Slow cat

I have a 4 year old female cat. She has had all her vaccines and has been neutered.
since i have come back from holiday she has been ' slow' she is not very 'chatty' is sleeping a lot more than usual. She is eating but not running downstairs at the sound of the bowl being filled.
The third eye on both ey is more visible than usual and takes a long time to retract when she wakes or blinks. I have also noticed that she sometimes wakes up with a small pellet of poo on her tail, tho she does not seem to notice.
she has taken to using the litter tray even though she normally goes outside and can often be found curled up in a corner. This has been going on for 3 weeks now, though she has not been sick or anything i have a gut feeling something is wrong. Any ideas?
